So I was just talking to my friend and she was telling me about $.50 wine tasting @ Ruby Tuesday- sign me up!! Here are the details from their website =)

The picture on the website shows a mini burger w/ fries. So for $3.50 per person (+tip of course) you can have a cute late night snack & drinks !! 2- 3oz wines, a beer, burger & fries!! Sounds good to me!
