Talk To Me Tuesday!

What is Talk to me Tuesday- Basically it is emailing two different companies every Tuesday to provide feedback to companies about their products. These emails can be positive or negative. Now the point of these emails is to provide companies with valuable feedback on their products. While you aren’t asking for anything in return many times they will send you a coupon as a thank you or as an apology for a product that didn’t live up to your expectations.  Writing to companies is a great way to get coupons. And the more coupons you get, the more you save on your grocery bill!

When you are emailing, always keep a couple of things in mind:

1.  Be specific about the product you are emailing about- for example don’t just email Huggies about all Huggies diapers tell them which type of Huggies diapers you are writing about.

2.  Provide details.  What is that you love about the product?  Is it the packaging?  Is it the reasonable price? Is it a favorite of your family’s?   The more information you provide betters your chances of getting positive feedback!

3.   If you are complaining, be sure to have your package handy.  Sometimes, they will request the UPC so that they can look into products, in case it needs to be removed from shelves and/or to monitor other complaints.

4.  Be Polite. It is okay to tell a company that you are disappointed about their product but keep is classy =) At the end, thank them for taking the time to read your letter.

5. Thank them for making the product. Companies seem to really like that their product is making your life a little better!

6. Always include your mailing address even if they don't ask for it- sometimes you will never get an email back from a company and they will just send you something in the mail without notifying you!

So today we will email:

Kraft
Jimmy Dean

Let me know if you get any feedback from these companies! I will keep an updated list with any feedback I receive!
